How do mobile mechanic services work?
Reach out to us and provide as much information as possible regarding your issue, let us know a time and location that works for you and we will meet you there. Once there, we will diagnose the problem, provide a quote for the repairs and if approved, fix your vehicle.
How soon can you come look at my vehicle?
Eddie's schedule varies each day, with availability for appointments usually within 24 hours.
Do you charge more than regular auto shops?
Our prices are competitive with local auto shops. The diagnostic fee includes travel costs and depending on the necessary service, the diagnostic fee is applied to your total labor and repair costs, if you choose our service.
How many diagnostics can I get per booking?
Each booking allows for one vehicle diagnostic only.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
Unfortunately, we do not provide quotes over the phone. Every vehicle and situation is unique, so we must inspect your vehicle in person, to provide an accurate estimate. With every diagnostic, you receive a detailed estimate before any repairs.
Can I use a previous diagnostic done on the vehicle?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee that your issue will be resolved. In order to properly identify the issue, we prefer to conduct our own diagnostic and complete the repair accurately on the first attempt.
Can you do the job on the same day if I approve the estimate?
In most cases, absolutely! Provided the required parts are locally available. If we need to order the parts, we'll schedule the repair as soon as they are available.
Can I bring my own parts?
Absolutely - customers can bring their own parts and we'll handle the labor. However, we cannot guarantee parts we do did not buy. Rest assured, our labor is always backed by our standard warranty.
Do you offer pre-purchase car inspections?
Yes, we offer pre-purcahse used car inspections that will prevent you from buying a defective vehicle.
